| Chef Ronald Malatji and Chef Kabelo Mosiane fly in from Johannesburg, South Africa to showcase South African Cuisine at its best. They have designed an outstanding menu capturing ethnic and regional dishes from around the country proudly portraying South Africa's "Rainbow Cuisine". Chef Ronald originates from the Limpopo province of South Africa. At the early age of 18, Chef Ronald started his career as a Junior Chef in the catering industry. He moved to the Privé Kitchen, Gold Reef City Casino as Chef de Partie, before he joined Hyatt Regency Johannesburg in 2006, where he has successfully interwoven some of the local dishes into the international menu. Chef Kabelo learnt the ropes at an early age, growing up and assisting his family that ran its own local restaurant in Rustenburg. After completing a culinary course in Johannesburg, Chef Kabelo decided to leave the family business and started working at Hyatt Regency Johannesburg as a commis in Zafferano Restaurant. He gained valuable experience and has been trusted to lead the kitchen team on several occasions for the Michael Fridjhon Wine Experience, an annual gastronomic highlight in Johannesburg. Both Chef Ronald and Chef Kabelo agree that behind any succesful kitchen and its delectable dishes are the quality of the products and ingredients it uses.
