17 - 20 April 2012 to welcome more than 40,000 trade professionals from Asia and beyond. Occupying a combined exhibition area of 92,000 square metres and spanning 9 halls of the Singapore Expo, 2,700 exhibitors from around the world will be here to entice you with their latest products and service offerings. At the French pavilion managed by Sopexa Group on behalf of the French Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, 78 companies will showcase an extensive variety of French gourmet products, wines, spirits and beverages. This is a 70% increase in the number of exhibitors compared to the previous edition. A full programme of cooking demos and wine seminar has also been organised to present the diversity of French products. France's most celebrated chef, Marc de Passorio - renowned for his Provencal gastronomical culinary approach will be demonstrating harmony marriages between premium quality produce at the pavilion.
